From a marginalized young woman repeatedly rejected for employment to powerhouse entrepreneur, humanitarian, and spokesperson, Collette creates jobs for people struggling to find employment. Her cookie company employs over a dozen marginalized individuals and she dreams of bringing her message to all employers.
